In addition to animation, he also supervised the studio’s scripted live-action series and original TV movies produced for the network.

Since joining Cartoon Network in 2000 to establish its original production facility, Miller oversaw the production of more than 3,000 episodes. Under his leadership, the studio became a leader in animation awards, earning 47 Emmy nominations in both primetime and daytime categories. Cartoon Network Studios also received numerous Annie Awards, Italy’s Pulcinella Award, and Annecy’s Cristal Award for Best Television Series, establishing itself as the most awarded television animation studio of the last decade.

Prior to Nickelodeon, Miller served as Vice President of Animation Production at Hanna-Barbera. He was responsible for both domestic and overseas production on iconic series such as Dexter’s Laboratory, The Powerpuff Girls, Johnny Bravo, Cow and Chicken, and The What a Cartoon! shorts program.

Miller began his animation career in the mid-1980s at DIC Enterprises, where he started as an associate producer and eventually became Vice President of Production.
